Gaurav Issar is a data and analytics industry leader and a partner at Rockhop LLC. He has been leading technology services teams for more than 30 years focused primarily on enterprise data management, business intelligence, software development and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining Rockhop, Gaurav served as CEO and President for Allant Group in Chicago, Illinois, where until recently he also served as a board member. He also serves on the boards of two other organizations.
Gaurav joined the Rockhop leadership team in April of 2023. Gaurav is an entrepreneur who has started or led multiple startup technology service companies.
Living in Asia, Europe and Africa, Gaurav developed a love of travel, cultures and languages. When not working, Gaurav spends time with friends and family watching European soccer and playing golf.
