Ongoing Support FAQs

What do you support?
We support Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions deployed in your tenant - including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse-backed solutions, and related components. We can also support solutions we didn't build, though we'll validate feasibility during onboarding and may recommend a short discovery first.
Is this break/fix support or ongoing development?
Our base support covers break/fix, restoring functionality when something isn't working as expected. Minor enhancements can be handled via pre-purchased hours, and larger pieces of work are scoped and estimated separately.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is usage-based, scaling up or down depending on your ticket volume each period. We review usage quarterly and adjust accordingly, so you're not locked into a fixed cost that doesn't reflect how much support you actually need.
What is the commitment term?
Support is purchased in quarterly commitments, with pricing adjusted each quarter based on actual usage. There are no long-term contracts.
How do we submit a support request?
All requests are submitted via email to the Rockhop support inbox, where they're assigned, tracked, and updated automatically through our case management system.
Do you support solutions you didn't build?
Yes. We're able to support third-party and legacy builds, though we typically require a short onboarding step to confirm architecture, environments, and deployment approach before committing to SLAs.
Do you provide reporting?
Yes. We share monthly support metrics including ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and escalation trends so you always have a clear picture of how your support is performing.
