Client Success: $4M ROI Identified - Part 1

Intro

Hey everybody, it's Venice with Rockop and in this video I want to share with you how we identified $4 million of ROI at our enterprise level customer. The journey is exciting, compelling, and doesn't end where you think it would.

How it Started

First off though, how it started. We first engaged with this customer because they were feeling the pain of working across many different processes and tools and they knew they had a lot of potential. they wanted to go about it strategically on how to start using AI, but when you're working at that scale, you have to be really thoughtful, right? So, we were partnering with them to identify a road map to use AI with agents and the power platform. So, that's where we started.

How We Approached It

How we went about it is we talked to many different departments, sales, consulting, support, and asked them questions starting out like, "What's the most frustrating part of your day? What is something that you do over and over again that you wish you could delegate?" Or really, "What do you want to improve about how your group works together?" That was really a great starting point to lay the framework. And we got a lot of ideas of how to tweak the current process from those conversations. That's really where we started to dive into start to reimagine what the future could look like in the parameters of where did the tools stop, where did the processes start and most importantly putting numbers around these pain points. So we not only created solutions around the pain points but started to measure how long these things were taking, how often they occur so that we could understand the scale of the problem. that revealed how the support department specifically had a lot of potential for enhancing how the process was today and taking it one step maybe five steps further to transform the process with AI. That's what I want to dive into with you next in the next video where we uncovered $2.5 million of the $4 million total result from support alone. I'll see you there.
