Stop Paying for Licensing You're Not Using

Most Microsoft environments grow by accumulation. Seats get added during a project and never reviewed. Renewals get signed before there is time for proper analysis. Microsoft makes a change to their licensing configuration. The result is over-spending on licenses you don’t need, decisions that no longer match strategy, and a renewal cycle that nobody fully owns.

We take ownership of all of it.

What Ownership Actually Looks Like

One invoice instead of five

We consolidate licensing and consumption into a single, readable bill. Usage is broken down clearly enough that IT and finance are finally looking at the same numbers.

Management of the full lifecycle

Onboarding, changes, and renewals are handled as an ongoing discipline. We plan renewals around your business timing, not Microsoft's contract deadlines, with a single accountable contact across the entire environment.

Advice, not just transactions

Direct access to a team that knows your environment and the data to back it up. We use specialized AI tools to track licensing usage and overspending across your tenant, so Copilot SKU choices and capacity planning are based on what you're actually using, not on a sales script.

Why Rockhop

We don’t just provide support like most CSPs. Rockhop focuses on how the environment is actually managed over time.

One accountable partner

Buying, support, optimization, and advice - all connected, responsible, and sharing a common view of your environment.

Microsoft CSP & Licensing FAQs

Do we have to move off our Enterprise Agreement to work with you?
No. We can audit and advise on your current EA without changing your purchasing model. If a transition to CSP makes sense, we'll show you the math first and only recommend it when the case is clear.
What's the difference between buying licenses through Rockhop vs. going direct to Microsoft?
Going direct gets you licenses. Going through a CSP partner gets you licenses plus a single point of accountability for procurement, support, renewal planning, and ongoing optimization. The price to you is the same. The difference is whether someone is actively managing it.
Can you support a mixed environment - some EA, some CSP?
Yes. Many of our clients run hybrid setups during a transition or because certain workloads make more sense under one model than the other. We work with what you have.
How do you handle Copilot licensing specifically?
We map Copilot SKUs to actual use cases, not the other way around. That means looking at whether M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or a custom agent built on Azure AI is the right answer before licenses are bought, and adjusting as Microsoft's pricing model evolves.
What does a typical EA-to-CSP transition look like?
We map your existing licensing, identify any service-continuity risks, restructure billing, and handle the cutover in a planned sequence. Timing depends on environment size, but most transitions complete within a defined window with no service interruption.
Do you provide reporting?
Yes. We share regular reporting on licensing position, consumption trends, optimization opportunities identified, and any actions taken. You’ll always have a clear picture of where your Microsoft spend is going.
