Well-Architected Agent Framework

Why Architecture Decisions Matter From Day One

Unlike traditional software, AI agents don't always behave the same way twice. That makes reliability, security, and governance harder to retrofit. They need to be designed in from the start, covering everything from data boundaries and access controls to what happens when an agent hits an edge case.

This workshop makes sure those decisions get made before you build, not after.

Identify the right AI agent use case and governance needs

Build and validate a Copilot Studio prototype

Establish security, reliability, and operational guardrails early

Leave with a documented architecture and scaling roadmap

Well-Architected Agent Framework Workshop FAQs

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is designed for technology and business leaders who are ready to build AI agents, and want to do it properly from the start. It's particularly relevant for IT, AI, and operations teams who need to satisfy governance and security requirements alongside delivering a working solution.
Do I need to have Copilot Studio already set up?
Not necessarily. We'll assess your current environment as part of the engagement and work with what you have. If there are gaps that need addressing before you can build, we'll surface those early.
What do you mean by “prototype”?
A working agent built in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This is typically an orchestrator agent coordinating two or three specialist agents. It won't be production-ready, but it will be functional, tested in your environment, and built to the architectural standards that make it worth scaling.
How long does the workshop take?
The full engagement runs 2-3 weeks, covering discovery, architecture decisions, prototype build, and documentation.
What will I walk away with?
A working agent prototype, a documented architecture, an operational guardrails checklist, and a roadmap for what to build next. Everything you need to move from pilot to production with confidence.

You have a vision.
Our experts will help you achieve it.
