David is one of Rockhop's founders and the person who sets the technical direction for everything the company builds. Twenty-three years in IT consulting and product management means David has done most of the jobs before he led them. He's built practices from nothing, worked on global cloud strategy, and spent years in rooms with C-level leaders helping them make better technology decisions. That background doesn't stay on the shelf at Rockhop.
David has spent over two decades at the sharp end of Microsoft consulting - building practices, leading teams, and working directly with C-level leaders on some of the most complex technology environments around. He was an early pioneer of Microsoft's cloud platform, becoming a two-time Microsoft Office 365 MVP and a published author of two Office 365 Exchange migration books. He's helped steer the direction of multiple technology businesses through periods of rapid growth, and spent several years as a Global Product Manager building cloud optimisation capabilities used by enterprise clients worldwide. He co-founded Rockhop in 2022 with a clear belief: that technology investment should only happen where there's a clear, measurable return.
