Microsoft Copilot Studio Architecture Bootcamp - Part 3

October 2, 2025
In this final installment, Venice recaps day 3 of the Power CAT Copilot Studio bootcamp. The key takeaway...using natural language to delegate to Copilot as if having your own personal intern.

Copilot Studio Boot Camp Recap

Hey everybody, this is Venice with Rockhop, and in this video I'm recapping day three and sharing overall takeaways from Copilot Studio Boot Camp. The most compelling demo we saw was the action of computer use, where you can delegate tasks to a machine using natural language—like you're talking to an intern.

This is similar to RPA use cases, where you want to automate actions on a machine when an API doesn’t exist. The difference is in the development: instead of scripting, you write instructions conversationally, and Copilot Studio executes them on a machine you set up—or one that Microsoft can provide and configure. This dramatically lowers the barrier to entry.

Governance and Future Opportunities

This opens up strong personal productivity opportunities for tasks that the process automation team hasn’t yet addressed, saving time and effort. It also reinforces why governance and security are critical. As this builds on your Power Platform governance strategy, empowering and training users to recognize opportunities for large-scale automation will be key.

These innovations mean more ways to reduce repetitive work, improve consistency, and raise the quality of employee output. If you’re interested, you can sign up for a Microsoft 365 Boot Camp—we’ll share the link. Thanks for watching, and we hope you found this helpful.
